Hello Yellow

HELLO YELLOW.

We wondered when you'd come...

...whistling down the lane in your suncoat,

laughing over your shoulder at the long dark winter who dawdled overlong on our doorstep.

Will you stay a while and sing the warmth back in?

I always think of April being the yellow month, even the fields near here are turning yellow. Lovely post

I visualise yellow as April's aura - the first sign for me that we really are moving firmly into Spring is when I see celandine smiling it's starry yellow smile from the riverbanks. Yellow is a colour of health and vibrancy, isn't it Rima - blessings to you, Betty

Such cheering sights, even if it is still rather chilly in some parts of the country. We know we will be warmer soon.

Sigh, love Yellow. A spring rain filled our rain-barrel last night, and I can nearly hear the flowers growing.

This year I think it feels all the more special because we've had to wait so long! Beautiful pictures Rima.xx

Such a shining post! Sweet, sparkling children of Spring!:) We have them here, too and this confirms that Spring is one and the same everywhere! She's so inspired this year and creates day after day without a rest - that's why she's a little bit late for your lands...:)
